The Ramadan Fasting Tablet is the only natural supplement that I have actually enjoyed taking. I had a major sweet tooth that seemed impossible to control but after tasting the delicious chocolate tablet I noticed a major decrease in my sugar cravings. Only until about the fourth day did I begin to feel the effects. Not only did it curb my hunger and thirst, but it also satisfies even my strongest sugar cravings. More importantly however, the energy it gave me did not leave me feeling jittery or anxious like other energy pills, and I could still get a full nights sleep!

I have been using the Ramadan Fasting Tablet without any other stimulants or nutrition supplements for about two weeks now and I've already noticed a difference in my energy level and eating habits. I started by taking 3 per day (one before each meal), and moved up to 5 per day (one 30 minutes before breakfast, two 30 minutes before lunch and my afternoon cardio, and two 30 minutes before dinner)

Within the first few days, I immediately noticed the energy boost. I can run an extra 5 minutes or more while doing cardio before I have to take a breather. I haven't had any after effects in energy either. I've been using the same sleep schedule for the past few months. And every day I used to wake up tired and feel worn by the end of the day. I now notice that I feel great almost all day.

As for appetite suppression, it has done AMAZINGLY. I eat about ½-3/4 of what I normally eat and I don't get hungry as quickly as I use to. I haven't noticed the fat loss much yet, but that could be because it's only been two weeks into it.

I have been taking the Ramadan Fasting Tablet for about a week now to help me make up the days that I missed last Ramdan. After taking 3 tablets with my Sohoor meal I have noticed a major difference in my energy levels, especially towards the end of the day. Normally around 3 o'clock I feel exhausted and cranky but now I can power through even the longest summer days.

I barely noticed the hunger pains and I never felt the urge to drink water. Also, unlike before, I do not feel the need to overeat during Iftar and I don't munch on junk food all night. I feel like this supplement makes fasting a healthy and less difficult experience. Insha'Allah, it will continue to help me during the upcoming summer Ramadan.

Although I was very skeptical at first, I decided to give the Ramadan Tablet a try because I was having trouble making up my fasting days in this hot summer weather. After my first time taking it at Sohoor, I immediately noticed how quenched I felt the next morning. Although it didn't fully curb my hunger and thirst, compared to my ordinary fasting experience I felt a lot more at ease and able to focus. For the first week, it made me feel nauseated after taking it on an empty stomach but now I've gotten used to it and I don't have to force food down during the awkward Sohoor hours. Great supplement for Muslims and healthy dieters!

I think that the Ramadan Tablet is a great nutritional addition for the needs of my body.

I am a mother of three, born and raised in America. And after having attended public schools all my life. And having gone to college and graduated in a non-Islamic society and country, while also working full time jobs in companies where people have never even heard of Ramadan, and where I was required, as everyone is whether Muslim or not, to work and perform my daily duties. No exceptions given because I was fasting. No coming in late, or leaving early. No resting during the day. No special days off to accommodate for this beautiful and  Holy Month. Deadlines to meet. Exams and finals to take without being able to eat or drink, in addition to having everyone on campus or at the office having their coffee, donuts, or sandwiches. And then, at the end of the day, coming home to prepare Iftar for three very hungry children and a very grumpy and hungry husband! And, whether one lives in a non-Islamic country or  lives in Saudi Arabia, fasting for 30 days is a challenge. The only major difference, is that in Saudi Arabia, or countries like Palestine, Syria, and Egypt, etc., the entire country observes and acknowledges this Holy Month, whether you fast or not, Muslim or non-Muslim. It's just like Christmas time in America. The atmosphere is Christmas. And in Saudi Arabia, Syria, Egypt, Palestine, the atmosphere is Ramadan. So, I find that the Ramadan Tablet, after having tried it for a week, is an ease to my difficulties. As it nourishes me through out the day, and keeps me up and going, not weak and emaciated. The Ramadan Tablet is GREAT! and I am very excited and looking forward to taking this tablet this coming Ramadan.

My husband and I live in California with our 4 children. I am a stay at home mom, while my husband is out on the field working on highway and road construction. A job that requires many hours of physical work under the hot sun. Whether it is Ramadan or not, there is a  job to do, and he and the rest of the workers have to get it done. My poor husband will sometimes either break his fast, and feel awfully guilty in doing so, or fast and feel very weak, dehydrated, emaciated and so jeopardizing his work performance and putting himself and others in danger. After one week of trying the Ramadan Fasting Tablet,  my husband feels satisfied and content during the day, which makes him feel good knowing that he is now able to complete his job while also fasting without suffering from a lack of food or drink digging and building under the hot sun. InshaAllah, we will make the Ramadan Tablet a part of our fasting experience this coming Ramadan, and for all the Ramadan's to come.

After taking 3 Ramadan Fasting Tablets during Sohoor, I didn't feel a difference right away. It was only until I drank a bottle of water that I began to feel slightly bloated and lacked any desire for food or water. Usually, my hunger starts to kick in at around 1 in the afternoon, but today I didn't feel hungry at all. Only at around 7 in the evening did I begin to feel the tablet wearing off. I broke my fast with some dates, soup and some salad and I felt so stuffed that I had to wait an hour before eating again. This tablet is perfect for anyone looking to ease the hunger pains and gain a boost of energy while fasting. Overall, the Ramadan Fasting Tablet definitely did what is was supposed to do.
